Goodbye Pres. Cory Aquino....

I spend my whole day watching and listening about the burial of former President Cory Aquino. Though I'm sad that the former President passed away, the thought that Filipinos united to grieve and condole her family are very much overwhelming. It is so obvious that Mrs. Aquino touched each and every heart of both Filipinos and non-Filipinos, in any generation. Though I was not yet born during her presidency, I see and experience the effects of all her sacrifices. And though I wasn't yet alive during the first people power....I finally experienced the people of the Philippines having the same feeling and doing something to express it. Up until the end...Mrs. Aquino united Filipinos. These made me proud to be a Filipino. As a sign of grieve, I wore a yellow shirt today.
